Our 55+ mobile home community located in Clearwater, FL., is not only a place to live, it’s a fantastic community, and a way of life. It has been owned by the same family for over 47 years who deeply care about our residents. We have a beautifully newly remodeled recreation hall, billiards room, card room, large library, large heated swimming pool, Hot Tub, horseshoe area and shuffleboard courts.
Old Tampa Bay abuts the park on the East. Gulf beaches are only 8 miles away across the Memorial Causeway. There are many fine restaurants in the area. Public transportation is available and we are approximately twenty minutes from Tampa International Airport.
