Murex acquires Ventura Lakes: Punta Gorda, Florida

Murex Properties, a Fort Myers-based company that owns and manages manufactured-housing communities throughout the United States, has acquired the 273-homesite manufactured-home community Ventura Lakes in Punta Gorda for $19 million.
